Retrun and Exchange Policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Customer satisfaction is a priority for ProofyTools. In case of any issues with the products you have purchased, you can return or exchange your items under the conditions outlined below.

  1. Return Period
    You can request a return within 14 days from the date you receive the product.

  2. Return Conditions
    The product to be returned must be:

  • Unused,

  • In its original packaging,

  • With all accessories included,

  • In a sellable condition.

Used, washed, damaged, or products that cannot be resold for hygienic reasons cannot be returned.

  1. Non-returnable Products

  • Custom-made products or products that have been modified,

  • Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons (e.g., used medical products),
    are not eligible for return.

  1. Return Process
    Once your return request is approved, you will need to send the product back to us via the contracted shipping company. Your return will be reviewed within 5 business days after the product is received, and if approved, your payment will be refunded.

For payments made by credit card, the refund will be processed to your card.
For payments made by bank transfer, the refund will be transferred to your bank account.

  1. Shipping Fee
    In the case of faulty or defective products, the return shipping cost is covered by the company.
    For customer-requested returns (e.g., wrong size, didn't like it, etc.), the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

  2. Exchange Requests
    For size exchanges or exchanges with a different product, please contact us. We will be happy to assist you based on stock availability.
